PLR Resell rights

PLR(Private Lable Rights) Terms of Use

Grant of Private Label Rights (PLR)

By
purchasing PLR templates or products from Maker Beautiful, you are
granted the following rights under Private Label Rights (PLR):

1.
**Modification and Customization:** You may modify, customize, and
rebrand the templates to fit your personal or business needs.

2.
**Personal Use:** You may use the templates for your own projects,
marketing materials, and other personal or business applications.

3.
**Resell and Distribute:** You may resell or distribute the modified
templates under your own brand. The original templates must be
significantly altered and rebranded before resale or distribution for
commercial use resell with PLR rights.
You may sell AS IS or modified
for personal use sales.
You must create your own Canva link for
template access.

4. Commercial Use: You may use the templates to
create products, bundles or services for your clients.
You may not add
products to a membership.

5.
**STOCK PHOTOS**. PLR COMMERCIAL & PERSONAL USE STOCK PHOTOS
MUST BE USED WITH IN A DESIGN AND MAY NOT BE SOLD AS A STAND ALONE
PRODUCT. *You strictly can not resell our stock photos as is (the
original photos without anything changed to it, this does not include
just changing the filter.) ALL STOCK PHOTOS ARE IN THE GOOGLE SHARED
DRIVE- NO CANVA LINK

Restrictions

1. No Claim of Authorship: You may not claim authorship of the original templates as created by you.

2.
**Significant Alteration Required:** The templates must be
significantly modified and rebranded before resale or distribution for
commercial resell. You may not sell, distribute, or give away the
original templates in their unmodified form.

3. No Redistribution
of Rights: You may not transfer or sublicense the PLR to third parties
AS IS. Your customers do not receive PLR to the original templates,
only the end product you create using them that has been modified.

4.
**No Free Distribution of Source Files:** You may not distribute the
original, unmodified templates for free in any format that allows them
to be easily extracted and reused.

5. No Use in Derogatory
Contexts: The templates may not be used in any way that is unlawful,
harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, or in any other way
that may be deemed harmful to the reputation of Maker Beautiful.

6.
**No Mass Commercial Resell:** You may not mass reproduce with a
large company.
These products are for small business owners and their
clients.

7. No reuse of original Canva template link. You must edit and create your own Canva link of the template

Legal Compliance

1.
**Intellectual Property:** You acknowledge that Kay Renee retains
ownership of the original templates and all associated intellectual
property rights, except for the rights expressly granted to you under
this agreement.

2. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with
all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the templates and
any products or services you create using them.

Termination of Rights

Kay
Renee reserves the right to terminate your PLR if you violate any of
these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use,
distribution, and sale of the templates and any derivative works created
from them.

Amendments

Kay Renee reserves the right to
amend these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Continued use
of the templates following any changes constitutes your acceptance of
the new terms.

By using the templates, you agree to these terms
and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you
should not use the templates.

MRR Resell Rights

MRR( Master Resell Rights) Terms of Use

Grant of Master Resell Rights (MRR)

By purchasing the templates from Maker Beautiful, you are granted the following rights under Master Resell Rights (MRR):

1. Resell as Is: You may resell the original templates without any modifications for commercial or personal use.

2.
**Pass on Resell Rights:** You may pass on Private Label Resell
Rights(PLR) to your buyers, allowing them to resell the templates as
well.
Your customers can resell as PLR AS IS for personal use sales or
modified for commercial use PLR resell.
You may not pass on MRR rights.

3.
**Marketing and Distribution:** You may market and distribute the
original templates through your website, online marketplaces, or other
sales channels.
You must create your own Canva link for template
access.

4. Bundle and Package: You may bundle the templates with
other products or services and sell them as part of a larger package.

You nay not add them to a membership.

Restrictions

1. No Claim of Authorship: You may not claim authorship of the original templates as created by you.

2. No Significant Alteration Required: While you may customize the templates, it is not required.

MRR to third parties except as outlined above as PLR. Your customers
only receive the rights you have under this agreement.

in any format that allows them to be easily extracted and reused without
purchase.
You may customize a template and offer it as a PDF for
personal use or PLR use but in PDF format only.

5. No Use in
Derogatory Contexts: The templates may not be used in any way that is
unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, or in any
other way that may be deemed harmful to the reputation of Maker
Beautiful.
